A package to build your own Van Nicholas Zion bike with a Rohloff Speedhub - a bike for life! The Van Nicholas Zion Rohloff is a frame designed to take the OE Rohloff Speedhub with disc brake mount, hub anchor and cable routing, and with an eccentric bottom bracket for chain tension.We will build you the rear wheel using DT Comp double butted spokes and a Mavic 717 Disc rim, and provide everything for you to build your own bike!
You can also buy a matching front wheel if required - built on a Hope Pro2 front hub - add £100.

The Zion geometry has been designed to deal with a variety of off-road riding and is incredibly comfortable. The Zion is capable of taking forks with 100mm ‘give’. A suite of braze-ons allows for any kind of braking system you prefer, including disc brakes, and means the Zion will easily cope with touring.
Full 3Al/2.5V Ti construction using aerospace-grade, cold-worked, tapered and size-specific multi-shaped, seamless tubing with CNC machined detailing. Available in 14, 16.5, 18, 19.5 inch & Tailormade.

The SPEEDHUB 500/14 is operated by a twist shifter which shifts simply by pulling separate cables up or down. The indexing of the shifting lies not in the shifter as with common designs, but inside the hub. There is no wear on the indexing system nor need to adjust it.
