180mm IS-IS Disc Calliper Adapter to go up a disc size 20mm - if you have a 160mm disc and IS fit calliper - you can fit a 180mm disc and use the same Calliper.
 

203mm IS-IS Disc Calliper Adapter to go up a disc size 40mm - if you have a 160mm disc and IS fit calliper - you can fit a 203mm disc and use the same Calliper.

Note - please check your fork is suitable for a bigger disc
