KCNC Ti-DLC Jockey Wheel

The most sophisticated KCNC jockey wheel yet! These wheels are machined from Ti-6V-4Al alloy. They are then coated in DLC, or Diamond Like Carbon, which gives a surface hardness close to that of diamond for exceptional wear resistance - but also has the ability to provide reduced friction as the chain's rollers move over it. Unlike other hard coatings like TiN - DLC can act as a self lubricating coating - giving low friction without the presence of oil!
The jockey wheel is further enhanced by a full ceramic cartridge bearing with seals. The bearing is covered by the gold anodised dust cover resulting in the lowest rolling resistance jockey wheel ever produced.
