Torus titanium stems are constructed from an oversize bi-ovalised Ti-3Al-2.5V tube, which is welded to an investment cast titanium clamp.  Six M5 stainless steel bolts complete the stem.  With dual laser-etched Torus graphics, the stem can be fitted with 7 degrees rise or drop.
